2012 Design
The 2012 design will be posted here in April 2012. Check back then to see the new shirt.
Melon Run shirts are available to pre-registered participants ONLY. The pre-registration deadline is July 13th, 2012 There will be no shirts available for sale to anyone other than those who pre-register, so make sure to register early!
Shirt Design
The Melon Run T-Shirt has been distributed to pre-registered participants since 2007. Donated art submissions for the T-Shirt design are gladly accepted, giving anyone who wants it, an opportunity to design the official Louisiana Melon Run T-Shirt. If you are interested in submitting a design for the 2012 Melon Run, please email your design to info@LouisianaMelonRun.com or inquire about delivering your design to us in person.
Submissions must follow a few basic rules. The design must include: "6th Annual" , "Louisiana Melon Run" , "Farmerville, Louisiana" and "July 28th, 2012" somewhere within the design. Each year our founding contributor, “University Ink Tattoo” will need to be included. And there will also need to be a pink breast cancer ribbon integrated somewhere within the design with the words “Promoting Breast Cancer Awareness.” If your design is chosen, it will legally become the property of, and may be used freely, by the Louisiana Melon Run. We will gladly accept submissions throughout the year, but no later than April 1st, 2012 for the 2012 Melon Run.
